Best auto dealership experience I've ever had My experience started with the Lithia website. Because of the Covid pandemic there is a shortage of F-150 trucks in the Utah area. I began looking outside the state and the Lithia website was a godsend. I loved being able to not only see the trucks on the lots in both Idaho Falls and Boise, but also the trucks that were in transit from the factory. But the best feature was the ability to see the window stickers on each truck available, and be able to compare the equipment included in each truck. We drove 5 hours to Boise, had a great experience with Adam Hulin, our sales guy, and a no nonsense session with the finance department to complete the transaction. More

I went to the service center with no appointment, because I had a check engine light on and the service department didn't waste time getting it to a tech to troubleshoot the issues. This was the very worst service I have ever experienced in my life. From forgotten follow-ups, to terrible communication if or when it did happen. I finally told them to not touch my car & took it to another local dealership who did an amazing job communicating and delivered superior service - my cost $487 WOW! More
