Worst customer service in the industry! Bought a truck with 40,000 miles on it and broke down on the first road trip 640 miles from home. They would not return my calls or pick up when they saw my number. Sold me a “ bumper to bumper warranty that covered everything” they failed to disclose that it didn’t cover the exhaust components. They also failed to mention that the vehicle was manufactured in Canada and voided any warranties, especially the 100,000 mile extended warranty that would have covered the exhaust repair. The sales manager Kirby was rude and the dealership is full of crooks. Wasted $38,000! More

had LOF appt made online, but it didn't tell Svc Dept so they didn't expect me. But Devin was very nice and courteous and got me in anyway. It was done in less than an hour with two others in front of me. B they didn't expect me. But Devin was very nice and courteous and got me in anyway. BUT, the other Svc advisor Dani was loud, in charge and somewhat negative, making snide comments to Devin about taking my appt when it didn't show in their system. Later it was about part that had come in that she hadn't called me on. She blamed everyone, everything else rather than take high road and offer simple apology. Customer service anyone?? More
