took a week for a safety repair Driving with a defective wiper motor during winter storm season not a good idea to wait for appt. It went out while driving out of state, took to CA d Driving with a defective wiper motor during winter storm season not a good idea to wait for appt. It went out while driving out of state, took to CA dealer who couldn't get part in while I was there. So they called Lithia to order part and even looked up weather forecast for my return trip to KF so I wouldn't be driving in rain. Lithia parts dept very understanding about the urgency and safety issue to get this done, and got part overnighted to Lithia. However, Service dept said there were no appts for 8 days. I felt it should have been elevated in priority since its a safety issue when driving. It got done finally and being under warranty thought they might offer me another vehicle for use. Had to arrange and reschedule another person's work so they could drive me. Guys at desk were nice enough, Andrew did great job on inspection/LOF. We also noticed dirty fingerprints above driver door by grab handle (offwhite fabric shows everything), don't know how to get out w/o smudging. More
