My son traded his Toyota Prius for a high-mileage Kia Soul at Lithia. When I went back to ask about it, I was told that with older cars their inspection is basically: “Does it start? Does it stop? Does it steer?” That was disappointing to hear. We didn’t expect a perfect car, but we did expect basic issues and warning lights to be addressed or clearly disclosed. If you’re buying used here, ask very specific questions about what inspection was actually done — and consider getting an independent mechanic to check it before you buy. More

To date most of my required service needs have been basic maintenance. And I have been totally satisfied and feel if something major is needed I can count on the service department to deal with it in a professional manor. So why not 5 stars? I worry about the length of time the work would take to complete. Just being honest. More
