Purchased a new 2016 Ford Escape We totaled our 14 year old Mazda Tribute to a deer. We were looking for a similar replacement vehicle. We'd looked at Nissan and at Mazda and came o We totaled our 14 year old Mazda Tribute to a deer. We were looking for a similar replacement vehicle. We'd looked at Nissan and at Mazda and came over to look at the Escape. My wife and I don't have a lot of time and came by after work. Our intention was just to look and head home. We were impressed with the Escape and with Richard Shubert the sales rep who was very friendly and helpful. We decided to make and offer at about the time all the staff were heading home. Richard stayed and Chris who did the financing stayed with us until about 9PM when we finally got done. And they were super the whole time, even as we were getting tired and our 12 year old son was starting to bounce off the walls. Thanks to the whole team there. I thought we got a great price, a great car and a great deal on the financing. It was a very good experience!!!!!! More

My New F150 Purchase I came to Lithia Ford of Missoula to look for a new F150 pickup. Upon arrival we were greeted by Richard. After introductions, he proceeded to show us I came to Lithia Ford of Missoula to look for a new F150 pickup. Upon arrival we were greeted by Richard. After introductions, he proceeded to show us what we were looking for and the differences between the different options. We test drove two different trucks, had all the differences explained. When we made our choice as to what it was we wanted, they quickly found one in a neighboring state and the deal was done. When it came to the financing, every option was explained and talked about. He was very thorough and patient with our questions. I just can't remember his name but has been there for many years. Overall a very good experience. More

I told the individual(Jamie Kaufman) that I was interested but I had limited time to talk. I told her exactly what my price range was and the type of vehicles I was interested in. She arranged to have the cars "pulled up" to the front door and parked directly next to my car. I had family with small children in the car and did not want to get them out. Byron Vranes was the salesmen who assisted me and did exactly as I requested explaining the features of the vehicles twice, first to me and then to my wife. Due to time constraints I did not stay long. The follow day I found exactly what I wanted to buy "online", printed off the window sticker, called Byron and he arranged to have the car again "pulled up" to the door for review. He also introduced me to Joe Lecoure who assisted us with the final transaction. Exceptional service, no pressure other than the pressure "I placed upon them". More
