I own 2 Ford trucks - 2022, 2024. I need them every day to get my work done. Servicing them at Lithia has not always been smooth. It’s easy to blame Lithia Ford Missoula for issues I need them every day to get my work done. Servicing them at Lithia has not always been smooth. It’s easy to blame Lithia Ford Missoula for issues that are the responsibility of Ford corporate. Multiple Recalls and reduced quality places local dealers in a tough position. Like many businesses Lithia suffers from a lack of quality (diesel) service technicians. This could be for many reasons- but I don’t know the culture within Lithia. Lithia has little competition for sales and, especially, service. They do a decent job of serving customers given circumstances however the Missoula area deserves better. I have been critical of Lithia is the past but have learned that Ford and Lithia corporate hinder responsiveness and timely repair. More

Lithia Ford came to my house to service my 2024 F350 and our 2023 Explorer., we were expecting oil changes and tire rotations. When the kid arrived, he informed us that it was $25 per vehicle for tire rotat our 2023 Explorer., we were expecting oil changes and tire rotations. When the kid arrived, he informed us that it was $25 per vehicle for tire rotations. The have F350 he wasn’t even able to complete the tire rotation as he said the wheels would not come off I would most likely have to take it to Les Schwab. I find it poor service not to inform us ahead of time when the appointment was made of the cost of the tire rotation. I contacted Ford corporate. They told me that as listed on their webpage that their mobile service has complementary tire rotation., I called the dealership themselves. She said she was sorry but did not offer any kind of refund or discount. But what should I expect? We only paid $154,000 for this pair of vehicle. With the F350 I have the maintenance and service plan you would think I can get a free tire rotation for the cost of those plans. Being in Montana the Ford dealerships, kinda have you at a disadvantage as they are very spread out. Just something to think about if you’re planning on great service you may not find it with Lithia Ford Missoula. More

Trish in the finance department was great also. We talked as much about dogs as we did about the necessary legal stuff (we paid cash). At age 77, I have purchased many vehicles and had good and bad experiences. Buying this great vehicle was a uniquely good experience because of the quality people like Jakob and Trish that my wife and I dealt with. Love the car, so far and hope that the service department is as good as the sales people. More
