8/16/21 11:24am responded and was sent to voicemail. Left a message that as a customer I feel most important that better communication be a focus for the service department and am willing to discuss anything they need to help accomplish that. Will see if I get a response or a call back.

08/23/2021 - I got a call back 8/16 service manager said would discuss situation with parts and get back to me this week. Meanwhile I discovered 2 loose bolts on passenger side upper control arms. This will now be 100% failure rate on completed work for every time I have had my vehicle serviced at Lithia Ford of Roseburg. A very sad situation.

08/24 - I was able to sit down with management and I am happy to report that we were able to clearly communicate our concerns. Everyone involved, myself included, agreed better communication is always a top priority especially when things aren’t going well. The bolts that were left lose have been addressed and to be sure they also included an alignment. After today’s experience I feel encouraged to return again for future service.
