After I told Juan that I didn’t know how many pounds the trailer would be that I planned to tow, he suggested that I pick out a trailer first so I would know what size car to buy. Since I was there though, I wanted to see what different models cost and Juan was happy to show them to me and explain the features. Not once did he ask me any of those silly salesman questions. I had ordered the car 3 months previous and the wait was well worth it. JT, my salesperson was with me every step of the way from the order to when I drove off the lot, answered all my questions via text or phone call as I'm from Salem and did not get to meet him until the day I made the trip to pick up the car. Great experience the whole way through. All smiles when I finally got to see my car and everyone there was congratulating me on my new purchase.
