Seriously looking - bought one! Retired to the area and looking for a car that could handle the various topography and weather conditions, we stopped at Lithia Honda on the way to So Retired to the area and looking for a car that could handle the various topography and weather conditions, we stopped at Lithia Honda on the way to Southern Subaru. As a former Honda Fit owner we were interested in the new Fit. While examining a Fit in the showroom, we were professionally approached by Steve offering to answer any questions we might have. He remained nearby and helpful, but not intrusive. (We run from the hard-sell.) One of our criticisms of the Fit is the low ground clearance. Hearing this, he showed us an HR-V AWD. We had noted this car from TV commercials, so we were aware of it. A patient test drive, feature demonstrations and discussions and we were sold. Steve patiently walked us through the process and was very informative – answering all of our questions along the way. As expected, finance (Jesse Cirina) made us feel comfortable and got us through the purchase process. While not dealing directly with other employees, all we came into contact with were welcoming and friendly. More
