The guys at the desk were very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I was not happy with was the appointment to bring my car in at 8:00. I discovered the issue with my door in April 2022. (Defect from factory)I kept calling for an appointment with no one answering the phone. I finally got in my car (after a few days) and came in person to make the appointment. I was totally ignored, not even acknowledged that I was standing there. Finally someone scheduled me an appointment weeks later. This was the end of May. I was told I would be called with an appointment when the part was received. I never heard anything so after more than 2 months I called the dealership. I got an appointment. When I brought it in I was told there was no record of my vehicle. If I had not brought my service information from the first visit I guess my car didn't exist to your dealership where I bought the car and paid cash. When I left my car I was told it would be ready that same day. It was not and no one called to apprise me of the situation. I tried to call and got no response. My car was ready on Thursday. My son picked up the car and was handed the key. No explanation. To say I am deeply unhappy with my experience with the dealership is an understatement. More
