The service department has no communication with customers. Went for software recall waited 2 hours to find out they couldn't do it because of internet trouble. Worst service department I have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone in the service department. I ended up getting my sales rep to walk Vick to the department to get in for a service appointme No one answers the phone in the service department. I ended up getting my sales rep to walk Vick to the department to get in for a service appointment. This has happened EVERY time I try to call them. 2nd time in 3 months for warranty issue that was not dealt with the first time. Took 3 weeks to get a diagnostic run on the vehicle. No communication from the service department. The Hyundai blue link rep called me once a week trying to deal with this service department. Don’t buy a Hyundai from this dealer if you want a dependable service department.. they didn’t even offer to fill the tank or give me a free oil change fir compensation. -10 rating with my experiences with this service department.
