Went in on Friday the 20th for an oil change on my Santa Fe and noticed on Monday the 23rd that it was leaking oil. Took my vehicle back today and was told that the oil plug was not tighten correctly so it Fe and noticed on Monday the 23rd that it was leaking oil. Even though they fixed the problem it was an inconvenience but more importantly it could have been worse like ruining my engine. More

Bought GMC Terrain, deal went smooth with Frank Carrillo I appreciated the sales staff specifically Frank Carrillo as he was not pressuring us to buy a vehicle right then and there and allowed us to leave wi I appreciated the sales staff specifically Frank Carrillo as he was not pressuring us to buy a vehicle right then and there and allowed us to leave without trying to get too much information from us like other dealerships with had gone to before. After shopping around several dealerships and test driving several SUVs we decided to go back to Lithia and chose a GMC Terrain that we had already test driven, Frank and Winston were willing to negotiate, lower the price and not try to tell us what all the vehicle was worth and how much money they would be loosing if they were to go down on the asking price, we had tried working a deal at another dealership and it seems they worked harder on trying to educate us on how much their vehicle was worth instead of negotiating a price we were more comfortable with. The transaction was very smooth with Frank and Winston and they did not play the back and forth "Let me talk to my manager" over and over thing. We left feeling very pleased with the purchase, the entire process was very smooth. I appreciated them being open for business as this was the time of the coronavirus scare that a lot of people were over reacting to it. More
