Don in service was overbearing, trying to sell me on a service that is not part of the Hyundai maintenance plan. He left and Eric was ok. The service was good. After I got home I was going over the ins service that is not part of the Hyundai maintenance plan. He left and Eric was ok. The service was good. After I got home I was going over the inspection sheet, and it said all tire pressures were 35 psi. I was sitting in my car so I clicked over to the tire pressure page on the display. 33, 33, 34, AND 28. Not real bad, but enough for me to realize that they weren't really checked. I called and talked to Brandon, the service manager, just to let him know that his employees were not doing their job and give him a chance to convince me that they would correct the problem, and I might not have included it in my review. Instead I got excuses and an attitude like I didn't know what I was talking about. I came in for an oil change, and got one, a good one as far as I can tell. I, however, didn't appreciate trying to be sold a service I didn't need, and I really didn't appreciate being told everything was good on my inspection and find out it's not. If you want to provide a free inspection, do the inspection. Now I wonder about all the other things on the inspection sheet. Luckily I check things out myself pretty regularly. If I didn't have lifetime oil change I would NOT use Hyundai for my service. More

Went in for an oil change and my oil life light was not reset. Air pressure in tires was not checked. Last time that the air was checked, they left off the air valve caps (Chevy brand aftermarket) had to p reset. Air pressure in tires was not checked. No kind of motivation to get my car through. After some time the representative sitting there approached me to tell me they were doing a mandatory recall on my car that it would be a few more minutes. I was not informed of recall prior to them taking the car to the back after the oil change. They did not considered notifying me first before taking it. I was on limited time prior to work and had to sit there for about two hours for all this to be completed when i just went in for oil change. Unprofessional no courtesy to inform me if this was ok before doing it. They took it among themselves to do recall while I sat there wondering where my car was at. I always do my oil change in the morning prior to work cause it quick and easy don't have to hassle with the wait. This is the first time I have encountered this, and to see the gentlemen smoking while my car was sitting there was just unbelievable. More

My wife and I purchased a new 2020 palisade on a Friday rainforest color thinking it was steel graphite but didn’t realize it till we got home with the vehicle that evening so the next day I call Winston and my salesman Jose in which neither responded so I had left both of them numerous calls and text messages to give me a call back but I never got anything in return so after work my wife and I drove to Odessa to talk to them up from front to what happened so I asked them both if there was anyway would change vehicles being that the paperwork wasn’t files just yet from one day to the next and kept getting the run around then I had seen a white one there and I told them if I could just take that one instead and I was told that I couldn’t so long story short it’s been three weeks since I bought the car and we have not driven it but for one day since it’s been in you service Dept replacing a broken passenger window that was already broken before I bought it from you all. My wife was so upset the way we have been treated we traded your car off for another vehicle from your competitor. Never again will I go back to Odessa Lithia Hyundai. More
