I had a warranty issue with a vehicle I purchased and was told they needed it for a week Then I was told by Eric that it was just to diagnose it. He was very short with me to the point of being rude. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in the oil change department. Last time I was told we needed an appointment for oil change. I called for 2 days to make appointment and no answer. I finally got a hold department. Last time I was told we needed an appointment for oil change. I called for 2 days to make appointment and no answer. I finally got a hold of someone and asked him to have someone from oil change dept. to call never got a call. I had to finally go there just to see 4 guys sitting there doing NOTHING!!! I do not like your automated answering machine. I had other questions to ask before I could set up appointment. Service has been bad for the last 3 times I've been there. More

I dropped my car off at 7:30 to get serviced, and left it for the day. I tried calling at least 10 times throughout the day to touch base and no one answered or returned a call. I was going to be after hours for the day. I tried calling at least 10 times throughout the day to touch base and no one answered or returned a call. I was going to be after hours to pick it up and though Eric was there, the tech did not reset my oil life or check my tire pressures that I specifically needed. I was leaving on a 2000 mile trip and needed my vehicle ready. 200 miles down the road my low engine oil light came on and no one has returned that call either. It's really disgraceful. More
