HIS APPROACH IS QUITE RELAXED AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE FROM HIM AT ALL .AFTER DOING MY HOMEWORK AND SHOPPING AROUND I KNEW THE DEAL THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE THINGS WORK FOR ME. AT NO TIME DID I HAVE TO GO TO THE MAT WITH RAFAEL TO GET THAT DEAL . HE FOUND A WAY TO MAKE IT WORK IN MY FAVOR AND I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MUCH MORE THAN THAT . We went to Hyundai just to look around and met Jr he understood we were just looking and not sure if we were ready to make a purchase. He was still very helpful with any & all the questions we had. Each day we went we would always see a man with this hat coming towards us lol & it was Jr each time there to greet us answer any questions we had. In all we did decide to make a purchase I was very happy with and the process was smooth. One of the main reasons we chose to make a purchase with Hyundai was because of Jr!
