I did not have an appointment. I walked in with a nail in my tire. From the time I got there to the time I left, it was over 2.5 hours. Also, when I left all of my tires had different pressures and the tire that was fixed did not have the correct tire pressure and is making my tire light come on. The girl in the front that was helping customers was extremely rude. She called the wrong number when trying to ask if we wanted filters put in the car. The only employee I had a good interaction with was the technician who test drove my car with me so I could make sure it was running well before driving out the lot. More
