I had 3 recalls to be taken care of, I tried for 3 months to get ahold of the service department and never got live person or left message after message for someone to return my call. Finally I ask for a man to get ahold of the service department and never got live person or left message after message for someone to return my call. Finally I ask for a manager and someone told me I could bring it by, I didn’t ever get a call back. Horrible communication skills from services. Might want to hire someone to answer their service sept telephone calls. More

Tried to make appointment back in November and December 2022 could not get anyone to answer phone, left messages and no one returned call. Called in January was told they were not taking appointments. Call 2022 could not get anyone to answer phone, left messages and no one returned call. Called in January was told they were not taking appointments. Called back first week of March was told now had to have appointment, but none were available when I needed it. Finally was able to schedule an Appointment in May, had recalls done but had to order back up camera. Made appointment for back up camera and no one was there to accept vehicle. Had to leave could never get anyone to answer phones didn’t leave messages because no one returned calls. Came back in person and then had to wait 3 hours for repairs to be completed. I will NEVER used Lithia Hyundai again and will NEVER refer anyone there. More

Waited at the dealership for 2 hours to get an oil change and a manufacturing defect taken care of and watched other cars get worked on that had been there after me. Then was finally talked to and told that and a manufacturing defect taken care of and watched other cars get worked on that had been there after me. Then was finally talked to and told that they still haven’t touched my car and that it should take 10 mins , waited another hour until oil change had been completed. Left and changed to see if they fixed the defect and they didn’t. Will be traveling to Lubbock to get serviced from now on ! More
