I am so glad that Eric is back and running the service department. The other service managers were ok but Eric understands customer service and so do his associates. The girl in the front that was helping customers was extremely rude. She called the wrong number when trying to ask if we wanted filters put in the car. And she told me that it was going to be $50, when extremely rude. She called the wrong number when trying to ask if we wanted filters put in the car. And she told me that it was going to be $50, when we checked out it was $98. And we were not told sorry or compensated for this horrible service done by this girl. More
