If I could rate zero stars I would. I waa upset because when I went to leave they parked my car with the window open. When I looked under the hood the technician dropped oil on my engin I waa upset because when I went to leave they parked my car with the window open. When I looked under the hood the technician dropped oil on my engine while changing the oil on my car. Also, the technician went into my glove box I believe looking for the owner's manual and didn't put my stuff back the way he found it and even left some of my stuff on the passenger seat. I don't appreciate that. When I go somewhere especially the dealership to get my car's oil changed I expect it to be done as clean and as professionally as possible. I don't think I will going back I will take my business elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the service I received as far as the oil change. More
Process on getting the car was great. However, when we went to pick up the car a week later, the car wasn’t ready so we had to wait until noon the next day. Plus we were told we were going to receive a call to sync the car to our phones but never did. This whole experience of buying a brand new car for the first time was unprofessional and overall disappointing. More
Was told that my vehicle would be diagnosed within 2 weeks at most. Left it there, after two weeks, gave them a call and they stated it hadn’t been checked yet but they would contact me when it was read weeks at most. After that didn’t hear back, it was so difficult to get a hold of anyone, they kept ignoring the phone and when I would finally get through, the poor receptionist had to keep trying to find out information for me. After a month my car was “4th in line” to be checked and then it moved to “3rd in line” two weeks later. After a month and a half of waiting, my car was never touched, I got tired of waiting and went to pick it up. Got there and the service dept. guys were standing around in a huddle looking at their phones and the service office people were in the trailer chit chatting away. Took it to another Hyundai location and within 2 days, my vehicle had been diagnosed, I was sent pictures and videos of things that would need to be fixed/replaced as well as the price and I could choose if I would like it done or not. I was given a direct number to text and call the person who would be keeping track of my vehicle. My call was returned within 2 minutes of me sending a text to the number. I understand that Odessa’s location is remodeling their building and of course they may have been short staffed, but this is way out of hand. More
Well everything was good sale went pretty smooth and fast . Than the next day I couldn’t get there early enough to pick up my car so I tried to get in touch with salesperson to arrange for her to drop it of . Finally I got ahold of her she didn’t really want to deliver it cause the day we agreed on the deal the car needed to be cleaned cause it was dirty so when I came home and I saw the windshield was scratched real bad and I sent her a message about it and she told me you saw the car but I didn’t cause like I said the car was dirty so I didn’t notice it . I told her they needed to do something about cause that was something that needed to be taken care of . She finally reached out to me and said her manager would call me but never did so I went to the dealership to talk to him and he saw it and said I need to talk to my GM about it I will get back to you on Friday and of course he never did so I called the next day asked for and he never answered and the call went to a voicemail to the cashier. This guy is a liar cause he never contacted me back . And still hasn’t . The sales person and manager are no good at trying to make things right . I will never buy a car from them again and if you my suggestion is have them wash it and look at everything cause once you take it home they will do everything to not do what’s right and fix the mistake.. if anyone does decide to get a car there I would avoid this salesperson her name is vianey serna and her manager Vinny Nunez More

Poor communication asked service person if he could check my check engine light said yes and to let lady up front know as well as for my oil change, sat in the waiting place for 2 hours just for them to get my check engine light said yes and to let lady up front know as well as for my oil change, sat in the waiting place for 2 hours just for them to get done on just the oil change which could’ve been completed in 30 minutes or so just like other vehicles that were there also, I have gone 2 other times cause we had free oil changes for the past 2 services jasmine told us we had one more free oil change and when I talked to her she stated we didn’t have no free oil changes at all so how was the past 2 services free!! More
