They don’t answer the phone and do not communicate well when you are in person. It seems like no one there wants to be there or help. Took car in 3-4 weeks ago making noise, had only bought cat 2 wks prior. First acted like it was just a noise his word all cars make some kind of noise. Acting like I didn't know anything. Then mechanic ca cat 2 wks prior. First acted like it was just a noise his word all cars make some kind of noise. Acting like I didn't know anything. Then mechanic came to look he thinks it's an engine or belt will need to keep car. Make an appointment to bring back and I would get a loaner.. 2 weeks later I call ask if we were still on same plan. Oh yea but no loaner. Waited another week ok now had a loaner. Drop off my car got loaner. Whoever uses the loaner has pets in it, the white dog or cat hair all over and dirty!! And of course only had 90 miles of gas. Had to go straight to fill up and clean the vehicle. Waited about 3 weeks my cars finally ready! Pick up car it was dirty, could have cleaned it. I ran the loaner thru Carwash out of courtesy but of course, my car was left all dirty. Here we go again to wash the car.!! Not happy with service. This is my 4th Hyundai but probably my last at this dealership. More
