We were traveling from Phoenix to Atlanta and ran into some battery trouble in Pecos and thankfully made it to Odessa and the Hyundai dealership. Little surprised on the cost and lobos for a battery but they took good care of us (females, I know my way around a motor so had a clue how bad it could have been). Thankful for there help getting us home to GA!!! More

This service was much different from the first time it was in where I was very pleased. Treated more like a bother than I valued customer . She was very short and rude to a young couple who came in while I was waiting for my car . Not impressed at all . Much improvement needed. I’m pretty certain the manager was in his office attached to the lobby . I guess he didn’t have a problem with the way the department was run . Won’t be buying another Hyundai .
