The manager over the service center needs to take some customer service classes. If it wasn't for Christine and I think his name was Brian, who did the oil change, I would NOT recommend. This dealership has one of the worst service departments that I have ever dealt with. I am having the same issue with my vehicle that they have continuously “fixed”! They try to take the easy way out so the that I have ever dealt with. I am having the same issue with my vehicle that they have continuously “fixed”! They try to take the easy way out so they do not have to put any kind of time or money into my air conditioner. My car is still under warranty, but I guarantee if it wasn’t then they would do their best to fix it properly, because it would probably cost a fortune and would be at my expense not theirs! . They never have any loaner cars whatsoever because they take their sweet time at getting everyone’s vehicle fixed. It is the same song of dance every time I take my car. I thought about trading my car in for a new vehicle, but when and IF I do, I will not do it at the Hyundai in Odessa. More
