Bought a 2-year old mini van. Asked if it had two keys, and were told yes, but when it was delivered it only had one. The vehicle appeared clean at first glance, but is totally gross - lots of food, garbage, and dirt- under the seats, so the “detailing” left a lot to be desired. We like the van itself, but would definitely purchase elsewhere if we could do over. More
I am a new owner of a vehicle I purchased June 8 so I have little experience. The salesman was fine and the dealer authorized rep that I did all the paperwork with seemed fine at the time but since th have little experience. I have left multiple messages and talked to the office worker about messages but nothing has been returned. Very disappointing! More
I purchased a used vehicle, on June 24 and before I left the lot I noticed the driver side headlight was out. Had to return to the dealership the next business day(Monday). 10 days after that my air bag lig the lot I noticed the driver side headlight was out. Had to return to the dealership the next business day(Monday). 10 days after that my air bag light came on, and when I accelerate I hear a load rattling sound coming from the motor called the dealership talked with Mel the service manager, we are two weeks out from being able to look at your vehicle. Mel says call me Monday and I will look at the vehicle to make sure it’s ok to drive. So I call Monday leave two voicemails for Mel no return call. I guess I will just wait until my appointment on the 24th of July. On July , 21 at 5:30 pm Mel calls and can we reschedule because the guy the works on jeeps is off, My first question to Mel is why did you not return my call. Did not answer proceeds to ask can we reschedule for the 31st . I get your shop is busy but a phone call back is that too much to ask for. And no customer service. As of today my Jeep is still not fixed. We will see what happens on Monday. More
