Patrick put us with Greg to show us a new Pathfinder. The wife wanted a Murano as that is what she had but was not happy with the gas millage. I was NOT in the market for a new vehicle , but they made it VERY attractive so we pulled the trigger on a new one. Greg got me a very good interest rate as we are not millionaires , and nobody has been able to beat it. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them and am happy with the deal I got. Great experience with everyone that I dealt with. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed when I opened the car door when I went to pick the car up and it didn't have the kick plates. Everyone has been great about getting this problem resolved, from checking with the Service Manager to make sure they could be added to my car. They have placed the order for them and we will be setting up a time for them to be installed. It might have been a little misunderstanding on the part of everyone, me included, but everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Everyone was very good about communicating during the dealing process through email and phone calls. I negotiated a deal for a Nissan Leaf electric car with the exterior and interior colors we wanted to be brought in from another dealership on a trailer. The next day I was called and asked if I would be the exterior and interior colors we wanted to be brought in from another dealership on a trailer. With this experience and the last one, I wanted the blue color and the certain features. Patrick helped to find the car I wanted. When I purchased the Nissan Sentra SR through LIthia Nissan of Ames; I wanted the metallic blue color with the navigation system and moonroof with spoiler. This was a combination of the two cars I had before going to one car. Patrick and his sales manager never gave up in finding the car I wanted which was found in Texas. Yes, it was hard to give up the two cars I had but it was feasible to go down to one car. I am still getting use to the Nissan Sentra. The more I drive it the more I like it. So i had been looking for a mazda mpv, for my next vehicle. I am not a minivan kind of girl but this fit the bill for what i needed it for. He knew we were coming from 2 hours away an it had to be perfect. Long story shortened, the mpv had a problem on the way home and starting acting up, I called Randy we got it back to ames and they took care of it 100%. We went to this dealership based on a pre-approval postcard I received in the mail. I was hoping to refinance my old car at a lower rate, but my old car was too old and had too many miles and too muc postcard I received in the mail. The people at this dealership worked with me and I was able to get a new car. Can you believe that? A new car! I have never in my life had a new car! Billie worked very hard for us and respected my wishes of using either my credit union or Nissan for financing. The Finance Manager was great making several calls on our behalf - Thank you Scott and it was great to have the general manager of the dealership take time out of his busy schedule to celebrate my new vehicle with us. I've never had a brand new vehicle ever but Billie (and definitely the Lord) made it all possible. I would recommend Lithia Nissan of Ames to any and everyone. Make sure you ask for Billie.
