So I saw this 2015 Camaro on Cars. com and asked if the car was available the salesman got right back to me and said yes it was available. I checked the Carfax on it and saw the car was com and asked if the car was available the salesman got right back to me and said yes it was available. I checked the Carfax on it and saw the car was well-maintained. So then I thought well I’ll try to get this car, but I was worried about financing and I told the salesman that, he said don’t worry about it. We work with a lot of bank and we can get you financed. I go OK well I live in Bakersfield so I don’t wanna drive all the way to Clovis just to find out that you can’t get finance goes no problem Mr. Hernandez will get you preapproved , so this went on a week I’m trying to get me preapproved and every time I talked to the guy I got a different salesman every time I talk to salesman the price sent me a screenshot of the breakdown of what I was being charged and they had an additional $3000 For windshield conditioner and interior protection and I told the salesman I didn’t ask for that and he says well it was put on the car before we put it on the lot for sale. I don’t care. I didn’t ask for that. Take it off then he try to say he took it off the price more And now they’re saying I have to pay 72 months so long story short after a week of calling him and texting him we couldn’t make a deal. I found out they ran my credit score 14 times which brought my credit score down so now I’m gonna have to wait until some of that falls off my Credit report so I can try to purchase a vehicle because Nissan of Clovis was greedy I’ll never do business with them again More
Terrible Experience and Deceptive Tactics I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Nissan of Clovis that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer servi had a deeply frustrating experience at Nissan of Clovis that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. They seemed more interested in pushing sales than addressing my needs or questions. What was even more infuriating were the deceptive pricing tactics they used. . It felt like a bait-and-switch scheme designed to lure in customers under false pretenses. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be wary of their dishonest practices and poor customer treatment. There are many other dealerships that value their customers and offer transparent pricing without the underhanded tactics. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. More
All I can say is this dealership is a mess. Unorganized and lacks communication. Side note- I was setting up this deal for purchase for my husband whom works in the military as an emergency sta Unorganized and lacks communication. Side note- I was setting up this deal for purchase for my husband whom works in the military as an emergency state active duty official… I tried to make this as easy and painless for him as possible. I spent 2 days speaking with Sandy from internet Sales, as well as “her manager, Carlos Garcia”. We set the whole deal up. Rate, down payment, payment. Following day I went in per request of them; had an appt for 9am. I didn’t see any of them. Juan Vazquez and Gabriel assisted. I asked to view the contract to make sure everything we agreed upon was on paper and ready to go. That way my husband could just come in and sign. WELL - painful is an understatement. I submitted a power of attorney, so that I can have access to any and everything. (Kinda have to as a military spouse). They stated it had no merit . WRONG. Not only did he have to come in after work, but nothing was ready. They kept giving him different rates, numbers, different prices to add ons they wanted to keep adding. NOTHING we had already discussed. Finally- he blew up asked his “finance guy- Abraham” for what was agreed upon originally with me. He bought the car 3 hours later. Car service light goes off, he has an appt for a week later to bring it to get it fixed. While at service he’s approached by someone else, “Juan Perez” supposedly taking over for Abraham. They need his pay stubs as Abraham was “let go” and they were unable to collect the docs my husband sent over to his original finance guy. My husband obliged and submitted what was asked. 14 DAYS LATER I get a call from Derek Jones stating his taking over the file and he and the bank need clarification on the layout of my husband stubs. I call back 4x that day and never heard back from Derek Jones again. I call reception, talk to Sandy, and she forwards me to Juan Perez. He states “everything is good to go” waiting on the bank to ok the stubs due to the uncommon nature of their layout, and that he call me back tomorrow. Never get a call. Another 6 days later I call. Brenda- forwards me to Abrahams line( which is odd because he no longer works there). I hang up call back, but she repeatedly put my call in the holding Que. i called 8x and got no answer. It’s now almost 5 weeks and the car we purchased is NOT funded. And we were never notified to begin with. At this point I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor customer service, poor communication, attempts to over charge my husband after an agreed upon deal/quote. This is infuriating. Side note- my husband still has the car…. It just belongs to dealership still and it’s been 28 days since he signed contract. More
Brought a used car on the 14th Dec. said the clunking noise in rear was a plastic piece hitting, no problem with it. Because we did not believe them we got a warranty on 2012 Mazda. Sai said the clunking noise in rear was a plastic piece hitting, no problem with it. Because we did not believe them we got a warranty on 2012 Mazda. Said covered everything but normal ware. Found out after home a few days the warranty only covered Powertrain. Beware of these Sales and Finance people. Lie and manipulate. More

Tried to offer $15k less than what the vehicle is worth. I was trying to buy a vehicle, they ran my credit relentlessly and then ghosted me for days. I reached out to find out why they were not communicating, and the salesman said it is pre-sold. Typical used car salesman tactics. Sleezy, terrible communication and they take advantage of customers. Avoid this place if you value your time and money! More
