He gave me good advice for getting it changed to the spare and cautioned me not to drive it a long distance or too fast. It was promptly repaired Tuesday morning. He was also very helpful in explaining the many "whistles and bells" that Nissan has added since I bought my 1996 Maxima. By the way, the Maxima has never had one thing wrong with it in 20 years! More
Very pleasant purchase experience We had come in only to look and not make a decision to purchase as we were going to look at several models and types of the cross over suv. He was helpful without being intrusive. He answered questions patiently and very professionally. He was able to show us several of the Rogue model and explain features pertinent to our desire for a completely equipped model. A generous offer was made. We left the dealership not making any decision to buy. We returned the next day and purchased a fully equipped Rogue. The decision was made to buy our Rogue with out checking out any other dealerships after looking at several on-line reviews of other manufacturers' models based upon the deal offered us by Ryan. We are very happy with the purchase especially because we DID NOT have to play the silly game of wait and see what the sales manager would say. If that had happened my wife and I had agreed to leave the dealership immedialtely. The completion of the deal had us speaking with Tanner Dougherty who handled the money/financialportion of the sale. Again, total professional and a gentleman. Pleasure to speak with and finish the transaction. More

I got in touch with John, and couldn't be happier with the experience. He was so kind and helpful and got me hooked up with a rental I was very happy with. Nissan service When I came into the service deptpartment, I was greeted by JJ who remembered me and gave me a freindly welcome. I was there for an oil change and to have my battery checked because I had to jump start the car that morning. JJ advised me that the battery was being checked. The battery was fine but the posts were corroded, that was fixed and I was on my way in no time and the charge was very reasonable. I am a fan of Lithia Nissan in Eugene.
