Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a vehicle, constant run-around. Was texting with sales rep to purchase a car, provided year, model, and price we were looking for. Sales rep confirmed that would work. Went to dealership to sign paperwork, turns out that he "misunderstood" and set it up for a different year vehicle, so he couldn't give us the price that was IN WRITING for the one we wanted. Negotiated to lower price on the one we wanted, although still not quite what was originally agreed upon. Then, we were told financing would be through our preferred credit union, which was doing a special "no payments for 90 days", but when signing docs in the finance rep's office, was told that the financing was actually through a different credit union, with no specials. Last, but definitely not least, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we get a call from the finance department that says another document has to be signed to have automatic monthly payments made, or the interest rate will be higher than originally signed off on. One bait-and-switch after another with this place- Here, we'll sell you the truck for "this price", oh wait, no that's a different one. Here, we'll do financing with "this bank", nope, sorry, gotta go with a different one. Here, your interest rate is "4.64%", no wait, that's only if you do this.. I will absolutely NEVER do business with this dealership again. Be very careful to check and double check everything you do with them, because apparently, even having it in writing isn't good enough for them to honor their deals.
