Very Satisfied! Lithia Nissan of Eugene is one of the best dealerships I am familiar with and I have had several, from Oldsmobile (remember?) to Honda. Especially wo Lithia Nissan of Eugene is one of the best dealerships I am familiar with and I have had several, from Oldsmobile (remember?) to Honda. Especially worth noting is JJ Lawson, one of the service advisors. He goes above and beyond his job description. He "fits me in" with my busy schedule, has a car available when mine is in service, has my truck washed when it is dirty, drives my truck out of its "tight" parking space, and replaces the missing tire valve caps. As I waited for JJ is complete the replacements for the valve caps, another, customer commented how they (husand and wife) appreciated JJ as well. Courteous employees I recently took my Versa Note in for an oil change. I was able to get in fairly quickly with no appointment. The attendant explained when I asked about this that some customers were very particular about who washes their car and so they don't do this unless it is requested. I asked for my car to be washed and 10 minutes later it was out in the parking lot waiting for me, shiny, cleaned, and washed ! Thanks! More

We live in Roseburg and our 2015 Altima had a "Tire Maintenance" indicator come on, so since I needed to go to Slocum for a medical issue, we stopped We live in Roseburg and our 2015 Altima had a "Tire Maintenance" indicator come on, so since I needed to go to Slocum for a medical issue, we stopped by the dealership. Your service folks are outstanding in my opinion, they told me the tires needed rotation and an oil change was due. We left the car and walked to Slocum, and when we returned the car was done except for the courtesy washing which was underway. We really appreciate your commitment to your customers. More
