Steve stayed in touch and did not badger me. he suggested sites to get info on the car and answered all my new questions. It was almost 3 months until my mother was well enough for me to return to the dealer. I appreciated Steves patience and respect for distance during my moms recovery. Although he told me everything already, We both sat down and reviewed all the information .before we went to see Tanner Dougherty. Tanner reviewed all financial document's .and suggested the extended warranty in a way that made great sense. I am so happy with the way I was treated by both of these employees. Salesperson was a typical turkey vulture I love Nissan products! It is a great car manufacturer, but the service I received was worst than poor. I felt manipulated and was treated bad. I sent an email and the next day called in to take a test drive. My salesman ( Colt J.) was very nice and gave me a very reasonable deal when I went to purchase. Although getting to the financing took some time to get to it really wasn't a bad experience, they have a very nice lobby with a T.V. and free coffee. When I did get to the financing guy (Tanner D.), It was one of the quickest I have been through. The Lithia Nissan team did a good job and I will do business with them the next time I need to make a car purchase. More
