Our buying experience was not like buying a car, it was more like making a new friend. I feel like I have a friend in the car business now. My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a new used car from Lithia Nissan over the weekend. The salesman was direct with his job and there was "no game playing" with the sale at all. He was able to get the best price and interest rates that allowed us the monthly payment we were prepared to pay. The paperwork was a bit long but was handled as quickly as possible by the financial manager. We will be back when we are ready to buy our next bew car. Thank you Lithia Nissan for a job well done. We saw a vehicle on the website and made an appointment to see the vehicle for a few days later and when we arrived the vehicle had sold earlier that day but Aubrey and Billy went out of their way to help to see the vehicle for a few days later and when we arrived the vehicle had sold earlier that day but Aubrey and Billy went out of their way to help us and make sure we were looking only at vehicles in our price range, they even went to the Lithia Dodge dealer when I said they had a vehicle I would like to test drive and that is the vehicle I ended up buying. I had a light that needed fixed and they fixed it as soon as the parts came in and it only took a couple of minutes but offered us to use a vehicle if we needed to go anywhere. The whole experience was a great experience and we have bought several vehicles and were dreading having to buy another one, but we will buy from there again when the time comes to get another vehicle.
