Great Experience Purchasing a Used Nissan Leaf We were reviewing a 2017 Nissan Leaf on the internet located at Lithia Nissan of Eugene. We entered our contact info and a salesperson, Steve Herron, We were reviewing a 2017 Nissan Leaf on the internet located at Lithia Nissan of Eugene. We entered our contact info and a salesperson, Steve Herron, contacted us via text promptly even though it was after working hours. He was very helpful and we set up a time to test drive the vehicle. We arrived at the dealership and Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and its history. He was very personable and not pushy at all and didn't attempt to sell us a bunch of stuff or services we didn't need. Even the finance guy, Jordan, was great and didn't try to load the sale with a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I'm 54 and have purchased several vehicles new and used and this was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions I have had. I would definitely recommend Steve, Jordan, and Lithia Nissan of Eugene to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. It wasn't until I went to write this review that I realized this dealership was rated the 2019 Oregon State Dealer of the Year. From my personal experience, it seems well deserved. More

After researching online we decided the Nissan Versa Sedan was the best fit for our budget. The closest dealership from Coos Bay was in Eugene, so we contacted Steve Hutton by phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs... No pressure. Steve made every effort in a timely manner to find the right car for the right price. And did he ever!!! He was AWESOME! We were able to finalise many aspects of the purchase over the phone..Dennis helped take info for our deposit and financing...he was also awesome! This saved a lot of time @ the dealership. When we arrived the next day our beautiful car was cleaned and fueled up! We signed all documents and met other Reps and service techs. Would highly recommend to ANYONE looking at a half tun truck to give Nissan a look and talk to OZ in Eugene. FYI.... I am a huge GMC fan, but I witched to Nissan Titan and I couldn't be happier. Gor rid of my 2015 GMS Sierra SLT Z-71 5.3L and got a Titan with a better ride and better motor. The 5.3L GMC motor is weaker than bunny xxxx. I got a better truck and saved over $8,000. I have 753 miles on my Titan and I have averaged 21.8 mpg. The Nissan 5.7L motor rocks and it has a set of nuts. More
