I’ve talked the finance manager, she was no help. Talked to the sales manager once. After that, he never returned my calls. He was always “with a customer” when I called about 4 or 5 times.

Not only did they do nothing after changing the battery pole connector, they left their trash on the floor in front of the drivers seat.
