Exellent, the best and car buying experience I've ever had! My car buying experience at Lithia Reno started in early January '17 when I was home for a short stay at Christmas. I had shipped my 2011 Outback to My car buying experience at Lithia Reno started in early January '17 when I was home for a short stay at Christmas. I had shipped my 2011 Outback to Hawaii in October and knew I would need a car when I returned from Hawaii at the end of March '17. I knew I wanted another Subaru Outback so I went down to the Reno dealership to look over and possibly test drive the vehicles. At that time I met Tomas who spent time showing, explaining new features and letting me test drive a new Outback which convinced me of the model, upgrades and color I wanted. However I told Tomas that I would not be buying until late March when I planned to return to Reno but would like to keep in touch on pricing and financing until then. Tomas agreed and kept me informed by email. The day after I returned in March, 3/24, I met with Tomas to make my purchase. Unfortunately the color I wanted was not in inventory and would not be available until April 17th. But I also wanted to take advantage of the 0% financing available through March. So in order to make my purchase by the end of March, Tomas and his manager found the color of vehicle I wanted at another Subaru dealer and arranged to bring it to Reno. On Tuesday 3/28, Tomas called and told me that my vehicle was at Lithia. I went down that same afternoon, sat down with Tomas and Jesse and finalized a purchase (including credit check and financing) and drove my new Subaru home in less than 3hrs! What could be easier! Thank you Tomas for the excellent personal service! And thanks to the entire Lithia sales team! More

Timely & Professional I needed an oil change and had a warranty repair issue. I spoke with Misty and she was very helpful. She told me it would take about an hour to an hou I needed an oil change and had a warranty repair issue. I spoke with Misty and she was very helpful. She told me it would take about an hour to an hour fifteen and they'd look at the loose window gasket & fix-it if possible or let me know if they needed parts, etc. My car was done in just under an hour, they were ordering the part and would let me know when it arrived so we could set a time to fix it. Misty called when they got the part just as promised. More
