We were quickly handed off to the only salesperson available apparently who didn't really seem to be interested in selling anything. We left feeling a bit disconcerted and not sure we liked the dealership. After reading some online reviews and talking to others that had used Lithia, I tried again by applying for an online special. That accomplished getting us set up with Brock, who did a great job with the sales process. From start to finish with him I felt like a "first rate citizen". So overall the experience was a good one. Amazing care at the service department I live in Chico, CA, and drove to Reno to visit some friends, when I was there I went into the service department to ask a few questions (I prefer fac I live in Chico, CA, and drove to Reno to visit some friends, when I was there I went into the service department to ask a few questions (I prefer face to face interaction instead of phone/email) and I asked about what other places can I get service and explained how I was at ~7000 miles and still needed and oil change and I received a notification about a check up on the car. She (Misty) told me that I could be put into the shop now and that we can be done with everything within an hour. I found that it took less than 30 mins for them to work their magic and it was great. Again no problems with anything and its awesome. I might be a lifer very soon. More

Service my Tribeca Didn't come in looking for a new car. We were having our Subaru Tribeca serviced. However, after looking around the lot and seeing a new outback we Didn't come in looking for a new car. We were having our Subaru Tribeca serviced. However, after looking around the lot and seeing a new outback we decided to trade in our Tribeca. We bought it new in 2006 and have always been happy with it.
