Made it easy For our family, it is a challenge to get everyone together all at once and make decisions, but Lithia and Cosmin made this easy. Much of our transaction was done via email, while the lot visits were done seperately via my wife or myself. Cosmin was always willing to help us individually as well as over the phone or email. Due to high demand, the car we wanted was ordered and the process of the wait and the arrivial was handled very well. In all, this dealership sells a ton of Subarus. They know the cars and they know the customers that seek Subarus. In my past Subaru purchases we have gone elsewhere, but based on this experience I will gladly return and recommend Lithia Reno. Good service Had my 2013 Subaru serviced at Lithia Reno Subaru 3 or 4 times. They do a good job, but I had trouble once. The car came with a problem battery; three times I had to call Subaru Roadside for a jump start. A tire store gave me a readout showing the battery was defective. Still under warranty, I took this readout to Lithia Reno Subaru, but they said no problem with the battery. I began carrying a portable battery charger for jump starts, and my wife stopped driving the car. About a year later, now out of warranty, I returned to this dealer for a major service. This time the battery tested defective, they saw I previously reported the problem, so they replaced the battery at no charge. More
