My first inquiry was on the internet and I liked what was said about the Lithia Subaru and decided to make an appointment with David Meltzer. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and had a good sense of humor. David was very thorough and took a lot of time going over the various features of the vehicle with special emphasis on the new safety features. When we took the car out for the test ride David spent a lot of time with me while I was driving on how to use the safety features. My wife and I went on a Sunday and I was not prepared to purchase immediately but David took us through the process and it happened. More

I got a price quote online, then we drove to the dealership to check out a car. Our customer representative was Ryan Bergerson. He made sure we got all our questions answered and didn't pressure us about anything. This was probably the best car purchase experience I've had and I'm an old guy, so I've been buying cars for a long time. After we completed the deal, we found the car wasn't ready, but Ryan offered to deliver it to our house in Vancouver, Washington and did so that same evening.
