Prompt email responses with the info I needed & provided contact numbers for a salesman, David Meltzer, who would be available over the weekend. Dropped in a day earlier than expected, car I wanted was onsite, pleasantly completed the sale, picked up car next day (for my convenience). Overall, a very positive experience! More

She both emailed and called, and responded to both my questions and my hesitancy at even talking with a salesperson. I felt like she was part of my family, honest, open. Annie took the time to how to use each feature of the Crosstrek, safety to functions of all the features and made sure we understood and comfortable using them. Two days after our wonderfully guided purchase of the Crosstrek she called to see if I had any concerns--and helped with my "short person special needs" -- fully understanding what I meant and had the perfect solution! I must mention that Oregon City Subaru had someone to meet us just outside the front door to ask how he could help us...just like you'd invite a family member in. Everyone at the Dealership was like that--looking out for us and for each other. I am feeling soooo happy with my experiences there! More
