Once we arrived we Immediately had the help we needed to get started on looking at cars and getting information on each car that we wanted to look at. Kiki and Rick went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had and finding the vehicles we wanted to see and helping us through each step with great explanation as to what was happening/going to happen. Lithia is a public owned dealership which is really rare. This is the first dealership where the first quote I received was better than any other local dealership within the Portland Vancouver metro area, actually within 100miles. My sales representative Was Barry Nessly. He was straightforward with us from beginning to end. Barry knew his weaknesses and asked for help from his team if I asked a question he couldn't personally answer. I came into the dealership with financial restraints and needed to get the most for my money. Barry was able to produce a quote the 1st time that didn't even compare to other dealerships. If you want a low pressure, kind, straightforward salesman please take my word for it and Ask for Barry N. Why only 4 stars and not 5? Well, I may change to 5 stars after I get an issue worked out with the dealership. When I was test driving with another associate I was told it was easy to mirror your phone to the info-entertainment system. I wanted to use google maps and other phone functions. unfortunately, that is not the case. MirrorLink only works on certain phones and mine is not one of them. You need to be able to use the USB to support the screen share and most new phone models don't have this function. Most Android devices are developing different cast apps that use bluetooth and other methods to connect to a second screen. I plan on addressing this issue with the dealership and if a satisfactory outcome is achieved I will add the 5th star. More
