It was no stress and clearly communicated from beginning to end. I normally prefer to buy used cars from a private seller because with their lack of overhead and lower pricing. I got a similar price as a private seller with all the security of knowing the car was inspected and cleared before it was sold to me. Braden was super knowledgable and was interested in finding what I was looking for, not moving some other car off the lot. He never pressured or sold me on anything, he just presented options and shared helpful information. Kiki was friendly, knowledgeable and super sweet with my family throughout the car buying experience. Richard was so aware of my family while signing papers. He made it fun for my 2 young boys and tolerable for us as we were getting right up on top of bedtime. Appreciated his balance of informing us on what we were signing and not dragging the process on too long. The GM Tony is an incredible person who redeemed my preconceived notions of who car sales people are. He was kind, understanding and really interested in getting me into the best car for me and my family.
