My experience started with a dealership referral and I initially connected with Ryan who got the ball rolling with a phone call then a warm greeting at the dealership. Patricio then was assigned to me and guided me through the sale with no hitches. Very knowledgeable on product and and was very patient to ensure I was comfortable with each step in the purchasing process. Upon vehicle inspection some minor paint damage was discovered. That was going to take a little time to repair but no problem. I drove my car (trade in} home and Patricio delivered my new car at my house latter that day. He even took time to reviewed some of the new car technology again which was helpful. Rick Norwood in finance worked through the sales paperwork quickly and seamlessly. All around a great and stress-free customer service experience. I will be having my regular maintenance service done through Lithia and I am confident that the positive experience will continue. Smooth Transaction, No Pressure We bought a used car from them, and had no problems. They let us first look at the car, then upon showing further interest they backed out the car so We bought a used car from them, and had no problems. Upon deciding, without very much pressure on their end, we decided to purchase the car, and they were more than willing to work with us to negotiate a price. Overall the transaction was very smooth, and we were happy to buy the car from them. Also note that if you're buying a used car, most of their inventory's prices do not have the overhead that most other dealers put on their cars, therefore allowing for lower prices (albeit with less room for negotiation). If you want to buy a used car from a dealer, look no further! More
