Good experience for the unenjoyable task of car shopping! No sales crap- just a helpful, nice and very personable young man who got us thru the arduous process of purchasing a car! I would most definitely return to this dealership and this salesperson should the occasion arise. The manager and finance person were also very pleasant to work with. More

On a busy Saturday afternoon while all Subaru dealers' service departments around were busy, Rachael, also busy at Lithia, promised my over the phone that my car under warranty would be checked and resolved, but I just had to wait a bit. So I went there, and firsthand realized how much they pushed the schedule in order to take my case. After diagnosed my car, Tyler of Service replaced my battery, explained me the situation, and proactively updated my car's ECM software more than the one that deals with charging during short trips. I appreciate Rachael and Tyler's help at Lithia Subaru which indeed to me shows how they care for their customers. More

Comfortable I was looking for a car for almost a month before I came to Lithia. Before I even went there I had text exchanges with Annie (Andrea) Cook regarding w I was looking for a car for almost a month before I came to Lithia. Before I even went there I had text exchanges with Annie (Andrea) Cook regarding what I wanted. She was never pushy. She gave me time to decide. She wanted me to be happy with whatever I bought. I test drove Subaru Forest XT Touring (with Michelle) and left saying I will get back to her. I got no pestering calls on when I was coming back. I talked to Annie through messages though (I started the conversation). She made sure that my car looked good before I went there to buy it after almost 3 weeks. She picked me up (30 mins drive) although I hadn't given her surety that I was going to buy the car that day. It was super comfortable dealing with her. I would totally recommend dealing with Lithia and specially with Annie (Andrea Cook). Thanks Annie for making my first car buying experience enjoyable. More

SO happy I came here After leaving a couple of auto dealerships within minutes because of overbearing sales people trying to up-sell me, I came to Lithia Subaru on the rec After leaving a couple of auto dealerships within minutes because of overbearing sales people trying to up-sell me, I came to Lithia Subaru on the recommendation of a woman I met in a parking lot. She was driving a new Subaru and when I asked her where she bought it, she recommended Lithia Subaru, and specifically Dave Meltzer. She and her husband had shopped around, and were relieved to finally find Dave! Well, long story short - I made an appointment, came in, met Dave, found what I wanted and left with a beautiful new Subaru that I love almost as much as my "older" Subaru which I traded in just short of 150,000 miles :) Dave was perfect - calm, a gentleman, not a chatterbox, very polite, took the time we needed, produced a charger for my phone when it went dead, provided a very fair deal, answered all of my questions, and helped set up my iPhone in the car before I left. I bought a used car and he did not try to up-sell me to a new car or a lease - thank you Dave!! Also, the Finance Manager Richard was top-notch. I came in with Credit Union financing which they made no fuss about (unlike other dealerships), but when I asked if he could find a better rate he happily did, and within minutes I had a lower rate and lower monthly payment, no tricky stuff. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough, and the two people I dealt with, Dave and Richard. More
