I did not feel high pressure sales techniques were used until we reached the finance office. Having purchased multiple new cars I was not surprised that additional sales was attempted when signing the final documents. We mostly drove away happy. Although we inspected the car before purchase and signed off on it, we were asked to inspect the car when wet, under cover, and in shade. We couldn't see hard water spots all over hood. When we spotted them two days later and returned car to dealer, they agreed, grudgingly, that were likely there when we purchased the car and they removed them at no cost to us. If I am interested in another Subaru, I would check this dealer at the beginning of my search. More
