Outstanding Customer Experience and Good Pricing After I had driven a number of cars of various makes I decided that the Subaru Outback was the car for me. The dealer I had initially driven that at was the kind that liked to put $2,000 market demand plus ups on the window sticker. I get that for a limited edition car, but not a Subaru Outback at the end of its model year (and to be fair, that dealer did not have the color car I wanted). So, I started searching around and it didn't take me long to find Lithia Subaru and their gigantic inventory of Outbacks. They had 4 of the exact car I wanted and when I got there, of course, I wanted another color. They sold me the color for the same price that they had bid me for the others. The sales experience with Patricio was efficient and informative and the finance guy David was also courteous and good at explaining things. One other thing I might add about Patricio, was that he was really good explaining some of the more technical aspects of the car in layman's terms. The Eyesight system is really awesome, and he was able to help me understand it pretty quickly. All and all, I would highly recommend Lithia Subaru if you are considering Subaru for your next car. More

Felt understood and needs met -- above and beyond! I have been a Forester owner since 1999 and have always dealt with this dealership. My most recent car bit the dust a couple of weeks ago. The service department at this dealership has always been extremely helpful, and was exceptionally so in this case, as the symptoms were puzzling. They persevered until figuring out the problem, and while they did, they continued to check in with us. When it was obvious it was time for a new car, Bob called in Melinda Cavanah, and we had both a successful (got a new Forester) and fun experience. She even followed through afterward to help me get the electronics set-up. I don't remember the last person who sold me a car but I know I will always remember Melinda. More

I texted and got a nearly immediate reply- even though it was her day off! Because I wanted to come in on my lunch, she referred me to her awesome coworker Alicia. Alicia and Geoff (finance) worked together to get me a great deal on my trade-in AND get me back to work on time. Came back after work with my husband and walked out with a car I love! I cannot say enough good things about the car, the service we received, and the overall experience. My wife and I felt like VIPs the ENTIRE TIME and our baby daughter was very relaxed around everyone, normally she is extremely shy with new/strange places/faces.
