I sent her the lowest quote of other dealership and she was able to beat it by 200 bucks! So we scheduled an appointment and to test drive. Wow, Annie was the most knowledge compared to the other sales persons in other dealership! She was able to demonstrate all features we asked, took us to a route with uphill curve so that we really appreciated the hillhold features. What made Annie stand out was that she REALLY wanted to make us have a positive car purchase experience! We got into a very unique situation. They found an issue of the blind spot detector in their pre-delivery check. She and her manager were able to find and order another car with same package from another dealer and agreed to deliver to our home a few days later. Unfortunately, the second car had defect on paint. I guess we were just unluck and it was out of they control too. So at the end we had to unwind the purchase. During the process, she was helpful and answered my questions even she was off for her sister wedding. We highly recommend her! More

Great deat on a great car I drove 40 miles to work with this dealership. I knew the car I wanted so that made the search easier. I felt more confident that I was making the right choice after listening to Patricio. The dealership is in the downtown area and has no dedicated parking for customers so I ended up parking a block away and walking. Patricio transferred my belongings into the new car while I was signing the contract and took the time to sync my phone to the system and view the basic operation of the navigation system which I appreciated very much. I have only 2 concerns. I ask to drive the vehicle and was only able to do that after I had signed the purchase contract even after I repeatedly asking. Patricio reviewed several service contract options with me and told me that the gentlemen who did the paperwork would go over the details with me. When I went to sign the contract the gentlemen had added in all service options available and was upset when I refused the options. More
