Wonderful new car, great service. We have been looking for a used Subaru Outback, since the one we had purchased new in 1999 was ready for an upgrade. Checked with many dealers and was ready to go to another dealership when I checked one more time on the Lithia Subaru website. Found a new/used car that was just listed and sounded perfect. Called to reserve the car and drove out to see it. Ryan greeted us and took us for a test drive. It was an awesome car and perfect for us! Amazingly it was only 3 months old and still had warranty and didn't even look like it had been ever used. We received an amazing deal with a great price and even took our old car as a trade in. Working with Ryan was great, low key, chatty and even humorous at times. We were not pressured in a negative way, just given the options that were available. When we saw Richard to do the financial paperwork, he worked with our credit union and we got the best deal with no extra effort on our part. We love our new car and are now reading the manuals to figure out all the goodies that came as standard equipment, especially the back up camera and hands free phone. Thank you again for the great service and fabulous new car. More

Buying a used car for our son We came in with a Subaru legacy that had 235,000 miles on it and a list of problems that still needed fixing. Ryan came out, asked what we were there for, our budget, and, what we wanted out of them. He immediately went to three cars within our budget with each one nicer than the next. He let us know that he didn't want us in a car that day, but, wanted us to find a car we liked first and then go from there. And he delivered. We lost faith in dealerships long ago, and, thanks to Ryan Love, our faith has been restored! They had the next car me and my wife wanted on their lot also and me and my wife can't wait to go back and be treated like a human being, not just a buyer!
