Then when appointment day came I was running thirty minutes late and they still were kind enough to let me keep my appointment. I had to go in to have my first oil change performed and my 2016 Outback’s Eyesight recalibrated and had a few questions about what I thought were malfunctions. The eyesight recalibration was because a stray bullet from a neighboring house across the main road went through my windshield, during finals week. David and Gary really went above and beyond making sure the car was well taken care of. To top that off they resolved and fixed a few electronic issues I had with the car. He really took the time to make sure that they worked again and again before I left. But the best part was when I bought the car from the Sales department) (Not the service department) Back in March 2016 a guy named Sean started to sell me a car that had been sold and because it took several hours to track and bring over the new one from another dealership, he offered us a few complementary road side kits that he had us pick out on a computer. They were supposed to call us when they came in. That man lied to us and no longer works for OC Subaru for obvious reasons. It’s not even like we asked for the extras either, they were offered. Because of this the sales side could never fulfill his promise David and Gary went above and beyond a surprised me with the road side assistance kit right before I left. This is not something they had to do, this is something they wanted to make right when others couldn’t. This was one of the things that my husband and I picked out while waiting for our car to arrive in March. The overwhelming kindness of the service department, experience and quality of repair has regained my trust and loyalty to Oregon City Subaru. I highly recommend taking your Subaru to Lithia Subaru’s Service center. More

Their highly polished style reminds one of the shine on their boots, which they pull up by the straps to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Friendly and Fun, they also ace this one. Sure, they swish their capes a bit. I found it most entertaining though and it added to to atmospherics of an enthralling deal. Fair and Honest, much like Abe Lincoln. I found appeal in the glisten and gleam of their twirling steel swords. They gave it a whirl at a more positive dealer outcome. But never did they plunge, attempting to wound the customer and killing the deal. Satisfaction, why certainly. The reduction in the weight of my coin purse will readily heal.
