With one exception when I was traveling I have all my service requirements provided by Lithia. I purchased my first Subaru @ Lithia in November 2009.. I still drive it today. The service representative was very friendly and the waiting area was large with water, coffee and snacks. The only negative was I had an appointment at 10 and did not get out until noon.
