We discussed my goals, during the test drive, and Devon made a point of getting me the information I needed to make a decision. She was patient during my frequent phone calls (to review the details with my wife), and helped secure a deal that I felt great about. Geoff was able to pull together the financial paperwork super quickly, and took the time to answer all of my questions, along the way. I felt extremely comfortable with each part of the transaction. In the end, Devon even took time to follow me all the way back to my house in SW Portland, to pick up the title I didn't have with me. It was far out of her way, but she & Litihia Subaru went the (literal) extra mile, to make sure that I didn't have to drive back! Thanks for the great experience, Lithia! More

While some of the cars were a bit overpriced, they have a nice selection and all the cars we saw were in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. Great experience at Lithia We came to Lithia in Oregon City to look at a pre-owned Crosstrek. When someone else purchased that car as we were arriving, David offered to show us new (2016) Crosstreks. Throughout the entire process he was extremely nice, explained all of the car's components without overdoing it, worked with us on financing options and found exactly the car we wanted at a nearby dealership, deliverable the very next day. We couldn't be happier with the car we took home, or with David's excellent job making us feel comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. This is our first Subaru and first time at Lithia, and after the positive experience with both, I expect it won't be our last. More
