We'd been in the showroom a couple of times just to ask questions. On both occasions, everyone we met was friendly and informative. No one - I repeat: no one - was pushy. We were welcome to walk through the lot at our leisure and look at the inventory. Test drives were low key and fun, allowing plenty of time to get a feel for the car. When the 2017's were finally available, we worked with Kiki and Cory to make sure our car came with the packages and accessories we wanted without pressure to add any other items. Kiki was easy to talk with, knowledgeable and articulate; generous with her time and respectful of ours. She had a good grasp of the car and its equipment; had everything ready and we never felt like our time was being wasted. Since the purchase, she has taken the time to follow-up with us. It felt good to buy a car here and our friends know it. More

Wedding week car break down, Subaru to the rescue! My husbands car broke down during our wedding week. We had no time to look around what so ever. We called ahead to let them know we wanted this car and to get things going quickly. Right as we arrived we had the car and dealer waiting for us to test drive. Immediately upon return the process started, it was so smooth and easy. They worked with us to get the sale just right. Kiki really took into consideration our urgency and our financial needs without being too pushy, along with making sure we chose the best vehicle for our lifestyle. More

Excellent Experience Patricio provided a fantastic customer experience. I came into Lithia to inquire about trading my 2015 Forester 2.5 for a 2017 Forester XT. From t Patricio provided a fantastic customer experience. I came into Lithia to inquire about trading my 2015 Forester 2.5 for a 2017 Forester XT. From the beginning, Patricio was both welcoming and professional; there was no pressure. The car that I ended up buying was still at port, so Patricio was helpful in letting me test drive a very similar car so I'd be able to feel the difference. After the test drive, Patricio asked me if I'd like to see what the numbers would look like; again he asked me what I wanted to do, rather than attempt to force the process upon me. After reviewing the numbers, Patricio took a step back and let me decide; there was neither sales pressure or a rush to get me out of the door. A few days later when my Forester arrived, I was greeted at the dealership by Patricio. On his day off. He personally sat down with me and went over all of the new features and nuances of the newer model car. He walked me to the finance department, where they do a fantastic job of not trying to up sell you on a million different line items. After the finance wrapped up, Patricio assisted me in removing some items from my old Forester and transferring them to my new one. The entire process was less than 2 hours. I highly recommend both this dealership, and Patricio. It's worth the extra drive from Portland. More
