Other dealers were either way off the price, didn't have the car we wanted in stock, or both. We came from NE Oregon since no dealers within 100 miles of us could come close to the deal we worked out over the internet. David Meltzer is very knowledgeable about the product and was prepared for us when we arrived for our appointment. He had the car parked near the showroom and paperwork in order. Scott in the Finance department was very friendly, professional and efficient. No pressure to purchase any additional services if we didn't want them. We did end up buying the extended factory warranty in part due to the great price we got on the car, even with the warranty it was a very competitive price, and 4 years of 0% financing is pretty great too. Everyone was extremely polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. David did a great job explaining and demonstrating the features of the car, pairing our phones with the entertainment system and making sure all of our questions were answered. I will recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a Subaru, and they are by far the preferred vehicle here in the mountains of Eastern Oregon.
