Awesome Experience. This review is for Patricio, Alex and Scott. Here is my story. Found a used Subaru online that was just taken in as a trade. Sent my information via This review is for Patricio, Alex and Scott. Here is my story. Found a used Subaru online that was just taken in as a trade. Sent my information via the internet and was contacted within 15 minutes by Patricio. Without setting up an appointment decided to just drive over and take a look for myself. Upon arriving I was promptly greeted and Patricio was tracked down. The car was still going thru its inspection so initially it was difficult to find, thinking this might be the old bait and switch I was getting a little nervous but to my suprise he found it and even let me check it out while it was going thru inspection. Decided this was the car for me but but had to get the wife to look at it as well so we went upstairs and he took my initial information to get me started and scheduled an appt. for later that evening. Returned with wife and again let her check it out and even put the car on a lift so I could check out the underside. Went back were Alex took the rest of my information and started the process wich was quick and painless. I was then handed off to Scott who showed me the numbers and put up with me having him change different things multiple times even though it was getting late. Made the deal and made final arraingments to pickup car once it was fully inspected and anything that needed fixing was taken care of. At all time these three were calm, cool, personable and never pushy. Lets just say I hate going to car dealerships but these guys and this dealership just have a different vibe. Kudos to all for a place that is very proffesional yet not stuffy!!!! More

David didn't try to sell me more than I wanted and I really appreciated that. 0% fin I knew what I wanted and I got it at the price I wanted to pay. The process was quick and I got my car the very next day. More
Great experience, relaxed atmospher I had managed to get by without a car in 16 years, but finally had to purchase one due to my son's new school commute. I did a lot of research on-line before narrowing in on several choices, but wasn't looking forward to the prospect of dealing with car salespeople. We checked out Lithia Subaru, and it was a great experience. Very nice people, very laid-back experience, no pressure. Our salesman, Shawn, did an excellent job of highlighting our options without pushing too hard, including steering us to a Forester when I expressed concern about the limited visibility in an Outback. The Forester turned out to be perfect for us, and the sale closing process went well. It was a great experience. More

Best Dealer Experience I've Ever Had I went to Lithia Subaru to look at a used Chrysler 300 they had. My sales agent, Dave Meltzer, took me on a beautiful meandering test drive through th I went to Lithia Subaru to look at a used Chrysler 300 they had. My sales agent, Dave Meltzer, took me on a beautiful meandering test drive through the Oregon country side and, when he noticed I was enjoying my drive asked me to take an even longer trek. During this journey there was 0 canned sales pitch about how great the dealer was or how great this car was when it wasn't even his brand. To the contrary, he freely admitted that he didn't know much about Chryslers but had played around with it a bit before I came to the dealership that day. I was actually quite surprised by how much he knew. When we finished the drive I gave my feedback including my fear about the car fitting in my garage (I live in NW Portland and have a 3/4 sized garage). He mentioned getting dimensions for me to see if it wouldn't even fit and instead came back a few moments later and said how about we try it. Thus, he came with me in traffic on 40 mile round trip journey to my house and back to see if it would fit in my garage (it did but only barely). I am not sold on the Chrysler but this two hour investment which he put into my experience sold me on this dealership experience. If you are going to buy a Subaru and live in Oregon don't go anywhere else but here:you'll never be treated better! While everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming I would ask specifically for this individual: Dave Meltzer, you won't regret it More

He was VERY patient and very knowledgeable about the different features of each car we looked at. I never felt rushed or pressured. Oregon City Subaru located the exterior/interior color combination that I wanted from another local dealership and had it on their lot for me to take home the next day. There was a slight delay in paperwork that they made up for by offering a free tank of gas the next time I came to the dealership. They have an above average complimentary snack bar (including hot dogs) for you to have a bite if you have to wait for anything. More
