Directed my on a test drive in the area (I'm not familiar) with a variety of different driving experiences, all while testing all the buttons and gadgets so I would know they worked but was still able to keep my hands on the wheel. Great dealership as they let me borrow the car for a 30 mile one way trip to my mechanic for a checkup to make sure nothing had been missed by the dealer. Nothing had been missed but a few chips in the windshield. Lithia said they would replace it. What led me to drop this review from 5 stars to 4 stars is the disconnect between the salesperson and the financial person. Devon had cleared some things with the manager for us but the financial guy didn't know so we had to have it cleared up. Not major, but time consuming. This is my second used car purchase from Lithia. If/when I purchase again, it will probably be back here again. More

My only complaint is that the car said on the window 60 day warranty included and when we went to sign the paperwork they told us that that was a mistake and at this car does not include a 60 day warranty I understand mistakes happen, but it was a minor disappointment.
